SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL POLICY

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.

CANCELLATION - RESCHEDULING POLICY

Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 25% of the scheduled service.

"No show, Now calls" will be charges 50% of the scheduled service and will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.

 

This cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule full.  Gettin' Snippy's policies are presented and provided for the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clients.  (Family emergencies or inclement weather does not apply.)
